How booking, payment and cancellation work for RAD Homes stays. Some terms are still being finalised and are marked for review.
Enquiry, booking and payment
An enquiry sent from this website is a question about a home and your dates. It doesn't hold the dates and it isn't a booking.
A booking is confirmed when it is paid on Airbnb, or when RAD Homes confirms it to you in writing with the price and dates. This website never asks for card details.
Airbnb bookings
When you book on Airbnb, Airbnb's terms, payment process and the cancellation policy shown on that listing apply.
Direct bookings
For review by RAD Homes If you book directly with us, we'll send the price, payment method, security deposit and cancellation terms in writing before you pay.
Guest registration
Holiday homes in Dubai must register each guest. Before check-in we'll ask for a copy of a passport or Emirates ID for every guest staying in the home.
House rules
Each home lists its house rules on its page. Breaking them may lead to charges set out in your booking confirmation.
