Who we are

This website is run by Rimal Al Dhahab Vacation Home Rental LLC (RAD Homes), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at radhomellc@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send a form we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, details of your property or your stay, and your message. If you use the earnings estimator, we record which area and size you checked, without your name or contact details.

We also note which website or campaign brought you to us (for example Google or Instagram), so we know which marketing works. We store a scrambled version of your IP address to block spam; it can't be turned back into your address.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, to prepare an estimate or proposal for your property, and, if you book or sign with us, to arrange your stay or manage your property. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored in a secure database run by Cloudflare. Notification emails are sent through Resend. Spam checks use Cloudflare Turnstile. Visitor statistics, if switched on, use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

For review by RAD Homes We keep enquiries for up to two years, or longer if you become a guest or an owner we work with and the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing radhomellc@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
