Owner questions
How much can my property earn as a holiday home?
It depends mostly on the area, the view and the size of the home. Use the estimator for a first range, then we'll send a written estimate for your exact building based on homes we run.
What do you charge?
15% of the booking income your home earns. If it isn't booked, you don't pay a management fee. Platform fees and running costs such as DEWA and service charges are shown separately on your monthly statement.
How and when do I get paid?
You receive a monthly statement showing every booking, every fee and the amount paid to you, followed by a transfer to your bank account. The payout date is written into your agreement.
Which platforms will my property be listed on?
Airbnb, Booking.com and other booking sites, plus direct bookings. Being on several platforms means more guests see your home.
Does my property need a holiday home permit?
Yes. Every holiday home in Dubai must be registered with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, and the permit number must appear on every listing. We handle the registration for the homes we manage.
How quickly can my home start taking bookings?
Once the agreement is signed and the home is ready for guests, we aim to have it listed in about 7 days, including photos and the permit.
Can I still use my apartment myself?
Yes. Tell us the dates in advance and we'll block them on every platform.
My apartment isn't furnished. Can you still help?
Yes. Tell us about the property and we'll explain what it needs to be ready for guests.
